      Description:
      Use this setting to paste all images in a format that requires less memory.

      The images will not be as high quality, but performance - such as when sending mail with many pasted images - will be improved.

      This vartiable is new in 6.5.4

      SPR# TOHA673FH2 - Setting the Notes.ini variable "OptimizeImagePasteSize=1" converts all bitmaps and metafiles to GIFs when pasted into a document.
