SAML, Security Assertion Markup Language is coming soon to IBM Lotus Domino. IBM has promised it will be in version 8.5.4 due out at the end of 2012. SAML goes beyond the concept of token-sharing or proxy based single sign on solutions to provide a mechanism for using a single trusted authentication source across many server platforms in different domains run by different organizations. In this session we'll dig into what SAML is good for and how it works so you'll be ready to go when IBM brings it out later in the year.
